Welcome to my practice!

I'm passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and cultivate meaningful change through psychotherapy.

My goal is to provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

Through a combination of evidence-based techniques and compassionate support, I aim to empower you to overcome obstacles, cultivate self-awareness, and create positive change in your life. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, my goal is to help you unlock your inner strengths and discover new paths to healing and growth.

I regularly attend continuing education courses to stay informed of emerging techniques and research in the field of mental health. I have pursued specialized training in various therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method for couples, ego state and parts-work for complex trauma, dissociation, and dissociative disorders.

Thank you for considering me as your partner in healing and growth. I look forward to walking alongside you on your path to a brighter tomorrow.
